In this modern era, some people believe in Vaastu shastra but some people don't believe. I have made this design of small house as per Vaastu shastra. Also, maintained modern design of home. I suggest you to look closely to this drawings of the house.

Total area of the house is 25 x 50 feet.

Architectural design of home

In the given image, you can see the complete floor plan with dimensions of each and every room.

The dimensions this floor plan is described below:

Living room - 13' X 18'

Master bed room - 10' X 11'

Guest room - 8' X 11'

Study room - 8' X 7'7"

Kitchen - 9'6" X 10'

Dinning- 10' X 11'

Store room - 5' X 10'

Common toilet - 4'7" X 7'

Pooja - 4' X 5'

Otta - 5' X 25' 

In this house design, you can modified with different dimensions and location. depending upon your requirement you can change guest room to bedroom or study room to bedroom, if you need three bedroom.

Some people need more space in rooms so you can change the dimension in some of the room.

Full interior planning of house

Going further, The planning of arrangement of furniture is also given in below image.

Yes, the furniture is also important in floor plan drawings. Interior planning in your house is depends upon your budget.

Interior design of house is totally different section of house design. In this modern era you can hire interior designer for furniture, false ceiling, tiles, dedo, glass, AC, color, wallpaper, curtain, sofa, etc.

Interior designer will help you in planning as well as selection of material and also other critical interior work in you home.  

Structural design of house

Now, let's talk about structure design of house.

First from the architectural drawing you should extract all the hatches and furniture, you have to play with only walls.

Create the drawing as shown in the image below.

After that, start placing column in exterior side of the house and than interior wall.

After placing columns start placing beams. If you want to learn design of beam, design slab (one way slab design, two way slab design), etc. you can check that in previous articles.

Give some different color in beam, column, hidden beam, like given below, so one can understand the drawings.

Remove all other stuff and make only column-beam grid drawing as shown in below image.

Slab drawing

For load calculation slab design and load orientation is important after making below image you can start calculating loads from standard codes.

One way and two way slab symbol is shown in below graphical view.

In our design, there is no need of one way slab design.

Conclusion 

For making such beautiful house, we can use different CAD software and also some 3d rendering software.

Once you got clear idea about architectural and structural part of the house than you can start executing the construction work of your house. after Completion of RCC work of your house you can hire interior designer and start making interior part of your house.
